The room looked recently refurbished. The style was smart. I appreciated the excellent location. It provided easy access to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and regional trains. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of choices.
The check-in process took a very long time.

The hotel has a well appointed spa area, but it was closed during the later part of my stay. A lobby bar offers service, and the hotel restaurant, situated across the lobby, serves excellent food, especially fish appetizers.

Staff are friendly, warm, and discreetly attentive; they match the establishment's reputation. I was told at the beginning that the room was paid for only one adult, not two, but when I pointed out the mistake, it was corrected.

decent location needs improvements
shabby decordated bathroom
the room decor seemed dated the carpet was worn. there was no tea tray or minibar provided i found this disappointing. the bathroom was clean enough yet quite old the all-in-one liquid soap dispenser felt cheap. requesting water due to illness resulted in being asked to pay first this felt inconsiderate.

the location were amazing. the staff are helpful. the rooms were comfortable. the pool is great i liked sauna and steam room too.
the hotel advertises itself as a luxury hotel. but the reality is far from that statement. i had an international meeting on monday and tuesday at the hotel. the room we got for 209 euros a night was not up to standard.
